A Natural Gas Valve is a valve specifically designed to safely control, isolate and shut off the flow of natural gas in pipeline systems. Most natural gas valves operate with a quarter-turn ball valve mechanism, providing excellent sealing performance, reliable operation and long service life.
Natural Gas Valves are widely used in residential gas installations, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, gas distribution networks, boiler rooms, burner systems and industrial process lines. Manufactured in accordance with international standards, they ensure safe and efficient gas flow.
Advantages
Excellent sealing performance
Safe and quick quarter-turn operation
Low pressure loss
Long service life
Easy operation with minimal maintenance
Corrosion-resistant construction
Reliable performance under high pressure
Applications
Natural gas distribution networks
Residential gas systems
Commercial buildings
Industrial facilities
Boiler rooms
Burner systems
Energy plants
Industrial gas process lines
Working Principle
The valve operates with a 90° rotation of the handle. When open, the gas flows freely through the valve. When rotated to the closed position, the gas flow is completely shut off, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
